Hello and a very warm welcome!

I am Annika – a wife, a mother of two, a daughter, and a friend. Also, a cancer winner (definitely a winner as I won and did not just survive) as well as an education enthusiast.

Professionally I have been engaged in leadership, management, HR, career creation and development, trainings, event and workshop creation and facilitation for more than 20 years.

In the last few years I have found enormous joy in working with many wonderful people, who have benefited from coaching and mentoring while reaching their dreams in the frames of our challenged, supported and mutually energizing cooperation.

I have always strived to support people on their way towards their callings and dreams. Even prior to giving this kind of cooperation the meaning of coaching, I have combined the principles of coaching with mentoring if and when these mixes prove to bring along the best outcomes.

Coaching, on the one hand, is an ideal way to support someone on their way by asking (most of the time tough) questions; challenging the status quo; taking the mirror and forcing them to look into it and to go even deeper; providing them with reflections as well as exercises, tasks and work tools; last, but not least – making them accountable.

Mentoring is very useful in circumstances, where my expertise and experiences enable me to get into the professional and also personal topics my clients are currently engaged in and give them professional insights and solutions if applicable.

To be honest, then, sometimes bringing my clients to the desired shores has meant swimming against the tide alone or together with them.

The solutions that bring satisfaction and the real joy of living are very often a bit out of the box and might result in a career (and, why not, place of living) change instead of the initial wish to adjust to current circumstances at work.

Or, talking about businesses, then, the fix might lie in changing more than half of your team instead of investing yet into another team-building training to cover up the real reason behind the poor results and lack of chemistry.
